Gaston Derome

Gaston Derome was a remarkable man, a quiet and unassuming family man and a widower with four small children. He survived imprisonment by the Germans in Saint Quentin and then internment at Holzminden in Germany, but still dared to conceal Allied soldiers and civilians too who had escaped work camps.
